In the Dead Frontier forums there is an "Ideas" and "Suggestions" section. Here, members can post ideas and suggestions. This section is meant to catalog various ideas tossed around in the forums. However, there are some rules:

  • Write properly. Suggestions that are written with poor grammar and spelling will be deleted until fixed.
  • Place the suggestion in the appropriate sub-page.
  • Edit the contents YOURSELF. It is your responsibility to add your suggestion to the contents table.
  • Credit the original poster of the idea.

Recently, I have come up with an idea for a new weapon, five actually. Two regular and three DUSK. Here they are:

Bow gun- Bow gun bolts, 1 ammo capacity, average reload speed, very slow firing speed, very high accuracy, zero crit chance, 45 rifle skill required.

Bow gun (explosive)- Bow gun bomb bolts, 1 ammo capacity, average reload speed, very slow firing speed, very high accuracy, zero crit chance, 75 explosive skill required.

DUSK Crossbow- Bow gun bomb bolts, 5 ammo capacity, average reload speed, average firing speed, very high accuracy, zero crit chance, 100 explosive skill required. non-trasnferable.

DUSK Chain- fast attack speed, average accuracy, f***ing extreme! crit chance, 100 melee skill required.
Info: This is essentially a whip, but AdminPWN has MC'd it and made it out of steel chains w/ spikes along the length, ending in a huge, cruel, dagger-like tip. 500k.

DUSK power armor- 500 durability, 95% damage absorbtion, 100 strength required, repair by engineer lvl 70+, adds +8 accuracy, + 16 crit, reload, $1,000,000

Suggest a revamp of the inventory system, perhaps a sidebar listing your current items with a simple click to use interface (think Runescape).

Buildings that display their names from the street (advertising or such) to diversify them, as every building currently looks the same from the street.

A more centralized Main Outpost, or an another Outpost.

Event-wise how about rescue a supply/trading convoy from another city/outpost (Like the Outpost attack but more areas) that has been ambushed by a swarm of the infected.

There needs to be a more diverse selection of zombies, guns and classes. For example, there could be more than one weapon with a requirement of, e.g. 35 STR, 40 shotgun skill, but it has varying traits, e.g. capacity, power, ammo, rpm. New zombies, e.g. Zombie Dog: 14 HP, 15 EXP, powerful bite, Leapers: 30 HP, 25 EXP, pounces on player, immobilizes him/her until other player melee's, kills w/ gun, only in multiplayer though.More classes should be available, make some up if you agree with my post. Your ideas are always welcome and i thank you sincerely for helping build on this great game.
