There may be a download-able optional portion of the game, but the game itself will largely remain browser based to allow people on computers that are not good with downloads to still be able to play.
Downloading the client would result in clearer internet connection, perhaps faster even. Along with faster access,
and perhaps download-able tools to be implicated.
